Social security covers everything, you will not need private safe.

I have Sanitas, but diabetes and cancer manage it for social security.

Hello !The public health we have in Spain is very good. You will not need private safe, where they will give you number of inconveniences for being diabetic.

The best specialists and medical tests will be found in the public, without any added cost.

When you are domiciled in Spain, go to the health center that belongs to you to assign you a doctor.

Private insurance can also try, but I don't think it compensates.
