I need information about Keto bread.I have read that it does not produce glucose peaks.I have breakfast two slices of supposedly comprehensive bread with olive oil and it is normal to give me a peak of about 100 units (two slices are, 60 grams,).Where can I find said bread? And know if the fats of Keto's composition are good.

There are low breads in Hydrates in Carrefour, El Corte Inglés, Aldi ... In general they are not very good if you are panera, there are people who do them with almond or hazelnut flour and not wheat but obviously does not know the same as a normal bread.I buy one that is not Keto but it has few hydrates, which is from a bakery that makes protein bread two days a week, I commission and freeze it.They are sliced like mold but not very large bread and I know one.I think they are approximately 15 per 100.But not like every day because sometimes, at 3 in the afternoon I am falling.Sometimes breakfast is not bread, such as Greek yogurt with nuts and blueberries with coffee, a little sausage, or strawberries.No.Sube as much as bread.
