The General University Hospital of Castellón has launched an educational video game for boys and girls with type 1 diabetes, a pioneer initiative that has excited us deeply.Because yes, educating from childhood is key ... And if it's playing, even better!

This game is part of the so -called infanticos -venture diabetes ecosystem, a strategy that also includes an online course and an enlightened story. The goal?Help the kids understand and manage their diabetes from the beginning, naturally, fun and with tools adapted to their age.🙌

🔹 Learn to measure glucose

🔹 Know what to do a hypoglycemia

🔹 Understand what a balanced meal is

🔹 And most importantly ... accept diabetes as part of your life

As Sergio Olives, a nurse responsible for the project, says:

"The patient must be the protagonist of his self -care, and this video game is an effective way to empower them from childhood."

And it is not only useful for children: fathers, mothers, teachers and friends can also benefit from this tool.Because when the environment understands, accompanies and supports ... everything changes.

Are you going to hang this video game on a website?

I would like to see it ...
