Simple sensor problems

Good, I come to complain and to know if anyone happens to me

Two weeks ago I have changed the Freestyle 2 to the Simple Sensor, as a whole of the Inpen Boligraph, and with the Boli all well, but the app ....

The communication with the sensor is lost every 30 minutes, and that I am with the mobile attached 24/7, and it takes a long time to connect again, forcing me to make my hair.

Also, sound alerts are super annoyed.I understand that for older people it is useful that they sound them even if they have a mobile phone, but I have many meetings at work and it cannot be that the atomic bomb alert sounds every time I am a bit in hiccups or hyper. The only solution that I have found is to take away all notifications directly, but of course, if I do that, every time I enter the Madia screen app is in red alerting me that the notifications are removed.

I have tried a thousand things so that the alerts do not sound, but nothing, there is no way.Any of you who have this sensor know how to remove the mandatory sound of alerts?

I would also appreciate knowing if anyone also happens about the "loss of communication" as constantly as me (even a day or two of starting with a new sensor)

Father of a child with diabetes.I'm also going to complain about the simple ones: we come from Freestyle2+, 15 days, readings every minute, ...

A few months ago we changed to bomb, 780g + simple. The pump well, a little big but good ... the sensor is much worse: changes every 7 days (many failures on the 6th day), readings every 5 minutes !!!And on top of the Medtronic servers sometimes they go fatal and the caregiver app takes many other minutes to update. The alarms, horrible too, directly I have them disabled and installed XDRIP+ (all types of customizable alarms with schedules and days of the week, and all connected to the smart watch that vibrates me on the wrist instead of sounding my mobile and going crazy).

And now it touches beach, pool, ... that for what other parents have told us in pool have had to change them when they fail them for the water, that is, wait 2 hours to heating, ... etc ....

The only positive thing compared to Freestyle is that it does not have the happy problem of 10 minutes.
