Good morning everyone
An ancient idea for me has come to mind, and it is the convenience of using insulins of the same laboratory, in its basal or fast version, so having more affinity with their respective excipients.I ignore if this issue has been raised at another time.Anyway I would like to know what you think of the subject and if it is something to take into account or you have ever raised it to your respective doctors/endocrine.
Greetings.

Mine are from the same laboratory.
I had never thought about it otherwise.

Good afternoon
My insulins, Apidra and Tresiba are from different laboratories.I have read the excipients of the previous ones, apart from the novorapid, and to my surprise I have seen that there is more affinity between threeiba and novorapid, both of Novo Nordisk. In particular there are three compounds: glycerol, phenol and a zinc salt, which they share, apart from others. In ten days I have consult with my endocrine.I will consult it and I already tell you your opinion.
The topic is open in case you see it of interest.
Greetings.
