Hello partners of the forum,
He came to ask if someone in this forum has ever happened to something similar.I debuted 2 years ago with type 1 diabetes, since then Freestyle Free 2 + Abasaglar + Fiasp. From the beginning I have always gone with very low doses, moving the basal of 4 to 7 units per day (depending on whether it is winter or summer), and FIASP between 1’5 and 6 units before meals (with 6 units I could eat 3/4 part of a pizza of the supermarket with tons of carbohydrates).
With this I have a lot of good control with a time in range 95-98%, high 2-5%and low 1-2%.The HBA1C of 5’5-5’7.So I can't complain.
The fat problem has come the last weeks, since I have been doing hypoglycemia and maintaining a baseline around 65-70, to the point of having to completeEgg, meat accompanied by more fried potatoes, industrial bread, desserts of macerated fruit with ice cream and still after 45 min was 51 of blood glucose, needing another 30g of glucose).
It is desperate because now it is preventing me from making normal life.I know that I have to go to the endocrine, logically, but if someone here has been something similar, I would like to know your experiences and how these situations evolve.
Thank you so much!

Good, something similar happens to my son, and it will also have done 2 years that he debuted, but now with heat and sensors, he marks many hypoglycemia of 50 and 65, but he has made capillary and marks him more, 30 or 35 more, so he compares with capillary, you also have to see how much peptide c remains, you can continue to produce something insulin ,,,

@PVA91: If after eating that amount of hydrates you comment you have a hypoglycemia (always check with capillary), you have fiasp left over and you should go down the dose you wear.

Thanks for the comments and for your experience.
The blood glucose levels always check them with glucometer, even with different glucometers.I have never measured the C peptide, I will try to be measured. Thanks @JBF
@Ricki21 The problem comes because I have reduced the basal until it is completely removed, and with the FIASP I have been reducing dose, at the moment to less than half of what I would have punctured me 3 months ago to say something. But we will continue going down, there is no more.Thank you!

Before, despite the fact that there were many types of diabetes, so as not to complicate life, they will be classified in two, those of insulin were type I and those of type II pills.
Now we have more guys and acronyms, Mody, Lada ...
In your case, there are many things that we do not know, age, weight, height ... if you will have a month or two of diabetes, we could say that you are entering remission (honeymoon). This can happen to many types, it seems that they are healing diabetes, but it doesn't last long.
I do not know if you have lost a lot of weight in these months or has given you to put you to exercise ... but what is very clear is that you do not have type I diabetes. You should have already noticed before.
This is very and good news. You have easier diabetes to control.Surely a mody (type II in someone young), I dare not get more.
Well, now is when you have to be very attentive to not take away the sensors, or insulin. And they send you to the family doctor.
You can always remind you of the hypo, you don't notice and the hyper you have sometimes.
It may seem surreal, but may depend on saturation and the desire to privatize your autonomous community.

Thanks @juansole
I debuted 2 years ago at 31, with a typical clinic (polydipsia, polyuria and loss of 7-8kg), with an HBA1c 10.8% if I remember correctly, and with antigad65 positive antibodies (without other antibodies).
These two years have been to learn and control with very little insulin thinking that he was on a somewhat long honeymoon. However, in recent weeks I have had to leave the slow one and now I am putting the unity fiasp in unity only after having eaten and if I pass 160. With this and without exercising (I am not exercising lately) I avoid the hypos.
To that we add that my endocrine does not return until August and the situation is taking its toll ... maybe it is time to try an endocrine change and start over 🤔

I would be crazy.
Don't be surprised if your endocrine has no idea what is happening. There are many things to know about diabetes.
When an endocrine has no idea why a diabetes refers, uses two words "stress hyperglycemia"
If you have to remove the quick do it, the dangerous are the hypo.If you need some insulin, it is better to be a slow flat.
Another thing, have you changed something in your life?Feeding?Kitchen pots?Dwelling? An animal from company?Job ?Anything?...
I would continue doing sports if you like and enjoying the holidays
