Good morning.I debuted three years ago with type 1 diabetes, weighed 86, 170cm, and I have 5.7 glyc, I am always with 98-99% in range and I carry it quite well, after a good education, diabetes is not a problem in my day to day.Now I'm in 73kg.

For a year, I have been doing regular (elliptical, since I have hip necrosis) every afternoon after work, about 1 hour at a good pace, and of course, glucose begins to go down. With a banana in the middle of the exercise, ready.

The doubt and asks that I write this, is that, if I get up in the morning and do that cardio, my sugar is still stable even 1 hour after finishing the exercise and without taking anything.Where does my organism get the energy if not from blood sugar?Someone with knowledge can explain the physiology of this? Is fat burning?

Thank you so much.
