Good morning.I have been lifted with 110 for a month and just get up and if doing nothing up to 200. Always in the morning.Can the alba effect be?Do you not use enough basal insulin?

You get the slow in the morning and it does not cover you 24 hours.

I think you have several options, you can apply them separately or together.

Tell your endocrine, an insulin change can serve, example the tougeo lasts a little more than the lantus.

Go up the slow one, without causing children during the day.

Put the fast insulin and have breakfast as soon as you get up.If you don't want to have breakfast and you know it's going to upload you.Put a unit or two quickly, to stay stable until breakfast.
