Hospital diabetic breakfast

This is my hospital breakfast after 8 hours of operation.

It is supposed to be diabetic.

And the snack: orange, cookies, yogurt and cereals.

A whole hydrates pump.

My mother, with that breakfast I put a thousand.By the way, @ruthbia, I hope your operation has gone well and that you are well.

When I had to enter a hospital I have always had to insist with diabetes.

In hospitals they eat regular and meals never have the same hydrates, in order to make insulin calculations.The diabetic diet is 2000kc, that is usually the normal for all diabetics, although they can give you a normal diet without added sugars, in which you have 2400kc, some more fat.

Hydrates are cheaper than proteins and is supposed to be a bedroom should eat more proteins than normal to recover health.

Although the truth is that you can cry with one eye, that pear does not look bad and they have given you bottled water ... In Andalusia the fruit in breakfasts is usually an anorexic apple, which is not distributed because nobody wants it and the water you go and you take it out of the machine, with your money.

They were discharged 1.5 days after 8 hours of operating room.My family thinks too fast.

Of course I have brought a drainage and analgesics bouquet.I also caught some throat, it was cold there with so much AC.

Right now if I do not get from 200 I am happy.

I have been hospitalized for a coronary intervention and the sensor marked me 320 but the health personnel did not care, they notified them but they limited them to put a dose of correction according to the guideline that they have asvised.

They do not worry about what you are going to eat or what you have eaten according to them only care about hypoglycemia even my cardiologist who was wearing a sensor on without being diabetic showed me the phone and taught me the reading above 250

In the hospital I have let me control my glucose, I took my vials and without problems.They only asked me for my Diabox data.

They used Humalog but I put on my novorapid.
