I take 99% chocolate from mercadona after each meal or between hours. It does not carry sugar and a couple of ounces does not imply any significant climb in glucose.
@Jordiv views the amount of hydrates and what weighs a small portion, I would take it without problem, in this case I see the amount of fats worse, but come on, if you take a small portion I should not affect your glucose much either.

I understand that fat I have to add them as more HC, that is, for every 10gr of fat would be 1r of HC more?
Is so ??
Gràcies
I take. 80 O.90 of cocoa but there is the sugarless version. As soon as the fats should not be prob, they are don ouzas and not all the days.Black chocolate is good for many things, such as, all, without abusing, among others, it is an important natural source of magnesium.
I see no problem. The sugarless yogurt has 6 grams of sugar for 125 grams. And in the table puts six grams per 100 grams of chocolate
JordiV said:Well, the protein fat really depends on each one.In particular, 10 g of fat are 1ud of insulin, because in my case and over the years, my body behaves the same with the hydrates and fat, but with the fats it rises later.
