I am currently in a caloric deficit process due to my own band from diabetes, obviously we should not stop eating, since we know that this is even worse and can induce ketoacidosis even at risk of diabetic ketoacidosis.

Come on, that each one does as you want, but I have noticed a change after using the application, because as I already commented, in the first instance it facilitates life, without having to take a calculator and make rules of 3 to know how many grams of HC there are in so many grams of product if in 100g there are such (I think you already understand me) and in the second instance it is much more precise.

In my case I use Fatsecret, my lifestyle has always been closely linked to the world of irons and calculate macros to be efficient is important and above all if it helps our diabetes.
