Diabetic Methodology

Well, I come to open a debate perhaps controversial. On Friday I play the endocrine and well and the fact that they take for granted sensor and disbelief when you comment, that they do not and insist on the reason ... I play consult with the endocrine, once again, I urged meFood, neither I count rations nor do mathematical calculations, I do it by an eye and that I assume the percentage of hypos due to calculation errors (statistics in 2 months, is 66.7% in range, 20% above and 13.3% below).I also expressed about the sport I was doing, now it seems that they also make coach, they told me that depending on my blood glucose should first do anaerobic or aerobic exercise.Well the case that began talking about ratios and percentages to reduce what sounded to Chinese. In my opinion they still want to frame diabetes as a mathematical equation, but without having the possible variants that can be given. For example, I indicated not to always do the exercise at the same schedule, which may be in the afternoon or tomorrow, as well as depending on my head, I do nothing and ask me if I know that the day before, because no, I know at the same time.

I would like to know your methodology so as not to engage in that A, B and C that they want to see what diabetes is.

@Uvi:Going to a recycling course could help you improve diabetes control.

Not counting rations is not very advisable when killing food and insulin (your life is transformed into a thombola) and not having a daily routine of exercise either.

The time you say you pass below range (TBR) is very high.It is advised not to move from 4% to avoid future complications.

I leave you a link about the consequences of spending time in hypoglycemia in case it can help you.

@Luvi I would do the course and then decide what I do best.

The chronic patient is the one who best knows his illness.I stop counting rations a long time ago, I do it with an eye and I do not fail.

Not much and without routine. But my glycos do not go from 6. I am a bit hyperactive and burn glucose in another way.

And as in everything, it depends on the endocrine, mine is open -minded, it does not fit me.My last consultation was extraordinary for corticosteroids that are going to find the chemo, I wanted to know the more or less you have to raise insulin, 30% and then the usual, proof and error.

Here in the link they always talk about severe hypoglycemia, what do we mean severely? And prolonged, the duration is what takes time to take something to overcome, perhaps they wanted to use the word repetitive. As soon as having an exercise routine is like saying that you have to events every day at the same intensity, is it possible? I doubt it.I can plan to do weight and career exercises, but not every day will be the same until days that can with more weight and make more repetitions, there will be a day that runs at a better pace and worse, and I do not even feel like running because I have finished tired of the weights and drag physical and psychic tiredness as to run.

I appreciate the information and perhaps with a sensor I could be ahead of those descents with the trend notice and reduce that percentage, but working in a uniform gives me respect to have to stir or force and may be damaged.

Good afternoon

I fully share and apply the @Luvi methodology, removing the weights.Philosophy, the same.

I am one of those who think that if one thing works, it is left.My endocrine when I tried to tell him how he did it, he told me: Don't tell me, keep doing it as until now.And in these a few years have passed.

Greetings.
