Hello

Lately after eating my glucose, it remains stable up to 4 hours after it is when I get the food.Has it happened to you?Do you know why can it be?At 2 hours of eating it is equal or lower than before the food and at three and a half or four hours it goes up.

For fats and proteins

Fats are metabolized in carbohydrates between 3 and 4 hours later to eat them, in 30-40%, and protein as well.

You have to put an extra bolus of insulin called fat-protein unit.
