It could be useful for people who have an excessive fear of needles or for children, but I don't think it would be very useful for everyone else.

At the end of the day, we would still need to calculate and administer exogenous insulin before each meal.It is difficult for me to see how a unit of raw insulin would be transferred to the cream and see the variable amount that could be absorbed depending on each person's area and skin.
