Hello family,
Today begins December, a month that many of us live with a mix of emotion, memories and also the occasional lump in the throat. For those of us who live with diabetes—and for those who walk alongside us—these weeks can stir many things: celebrations, imbalances, doubts... but also love, support and the desire to move forward.
And that's why today I just wanted to remind you of something:we are not alone.
This forum exists to accompany us, to catch our breath when necessary and to feel that, no matter what happens, there is always someone here who understands what we are experiencing.
🌟 December is special.
It is a month to listen to each other, to share our stories, to learn together and to celebrate every small step, every achievement and every day in which we show ourselves that we can do everything.
🎁A gift that embraces: “Living with diabetes: The power of the online community”
If you are thinking of a nice gift for this Christmas—for yourself, for someone you love, or for that person who accompanies you without really knowing how to help you—this book could be just that: a hug in the form of pages.
It talks about us, about our silent struggles, about our victories, about what it means to live with diabetes and how important it is to feel a supportive network.
Many have read it and say that it has helped them, moved them, or simply made them feel company. And furthermore, every copy purchased helps keep this forum alive and free, as it has been for so many years.
💙 Giving it as a gift is an act of affection. And also an act of support for this community that gives us so much.
I wish you a December full of moments that add up, of people who hug and knowing that, although diabetes never rests, we don't stop taking care of each other either.
Here we are.Always.
