Do you see difference?
My daughter, with Lantus, did see a lot of difference when she put it on in the morning, because the last few hours she acted less and she did not get hypoglycemia at night.
Now she still puts on Toujeo in the morning, but she is getting up earlier and on the weekends, when she sleeps, she wakes up tall.
It doesn't last more than 26 hours.
Putting it at night would have a fixed schedule, but I don't know if you will get hiccups at night or if this insulin has a more uniform profile than Lantus.
Have you noticed any difference between putting it on in the morning or at night?
Greetings !

@Regina I always put it on at night and it doesn't make me feel sick, only if I eat a little dinner does it give me a slight drop.
By trying you don't lose anything.

Uso Toujeo y Novorapid.

There is quite a difference between Lantus and Toujeo in that the Toujeo is much flatter and covers more so it doesn't have to have hiccups. As Ruth says, try it and if it doesn't work, go back to your usual schedule or put it in your food.
Trial, error.

I've been looking at the Lantus and Toujeo curves.Toujeo is flatter, but it also goes down little by little until it ends in 26, 27 hours. It seems to fit quite well with what is happening to it, and changing the schedule is not going to fix anything because it has a tendency to go down at night. If you want to sleep more on the weekends, you have to get a puncture and continue sleeping...

They told me to put it on at 3 in the afternoon.I put it on at 2 because 3 is a very bad time for me.

@Regina if you're looking to sleep when you go out at night, I would wear it at dinner, that's how I do it.It covers me all night and day without problems.
Since it covers more than 24 hours, on those days you can advance it to 8 p.m., so you don't have to carry the pen on your back.
I organize myself like this and to date without problems.
Of course, if one day you don't have dinner, let Toujeo drop at least 4 units, otherwise you'll hiccup. It is not common but it has happened to me with the regimens, when I eat less, the usual dose is too much.
