Diet and type 1 diabetes
I'm reading the latest book that Serafín has published.It is titled "Deciphering diet in type 1 diabetes" (can be obtained on Amazon).
The book is very didactic and clear.All the concepts are very well explained: how to count carbohydrates, the ratio, the sensitivity factor, the UGP, the waiting time, eating away from home, foods that are impossible to control, etc...
Totally recommended!
