What happened on Amazon with glucose strips?

I had been buying strips on Amazon for 10 years, at about €7 a box.To save me discussions in the CAP.

For that price it wasn't worth going. They made me feel terrible, they gave me few and on top of that I caught a virus.

But now suddenly almost all brands have disappeared from Amazon.

Does anyone know what happened?Where do you buy them now?

I think my daughter buys some on other pharmacy websites, but I'm sure you can find them cheaper.Search, there are several pages that they have, even if they are not about pharmaceutical products.

It's strange about Amazon, maybe it's only temporary.

I get these:

But yes, there are few.

You will have to buy from an online pharmacy which is a little cheaper.

That link you put is for ketone strips, not glucose.I once bought the Abbot glucose ones on Amazon and they were about €20.

Now they are €60. Link

ChatGpt tells me that the pharmaceutical (mafia) lobby has imposed a new, stricter regulation so that it can only be sold in pharmacies or sites that they "control" at a much higher price.

What a bunch of thieves.

@Sherpa41 it will be cheaper for you to make peace with the CAP.

I practically don't use the glucose meter, and with the ones they give me at the CAP I have more than enough.
