I have published a video to share my experience as a type 1 diabetic and sports.
The objective is not to dramatize or give lessons, but to show the importance of planning, perseverance and mind when living with type 1, and practicing demanding sports.
I think it is important to make visible that you can lead an active life and challenge yourself physically, always from responsibility and self-knowledge.
I share it in case it can contribute or serve as a reference to someone on the forum.
