I have received information that may be interesting for all of us and that I now share.This is alkaline water, water with a higher pH than usual, and loaded with negative ions.It is achieved by hand through an electrolysis process.We know that with diabetes our body tends to acidify, hence the need to incorporate water with a higher pH.Improves hydration and facilitates the work of the kidneys.They say it is finer water.The negative charge is to counteract free radicals (positive charge).
They sent me a small video, very illustrative, of how this water behaves, when introducing a simple tea bag, compared to the water normally sold in bottles.
