Hello everyone,

We wanted to inform you of a change related to the dissemination of Diabetes Forum content on social networks.

For years we have shared news, articles and forum discussions on X (formerly Twitter) to try to reach more people with diabetes, family, friends and interested professionals in the community. However, recently the platform has introduced new conditions that imply economic costs for the automated publication of content.

After evaluating the different options, we have decided to suspend the publication of content on X.com.As you know, Diabetes Forum is an independent project maintained by the community itself, and we prefer to dedicate our resources to improving the forum and creating new content rather than assuming increasing costs in a social network.

But this doesn't mean we stop looking for new ways to reach more people.

In fact, we are already exploring other platforms where we can share forum posts and continue giving visibility to the reality of people with diabetes.Among them we are evaluating networks such as Bluesky, Threads and other alternatives that have been gaining relevance in recent years.

And here we would like to have your opinion.

On which social networks do you think Diabetes Forum should be present?

Do you use any platform that you find especially useful?

Where do you find information about diabetes or health-related communities?

Is there any network that you consider essential?

We encourage you to respond to this message with your suggestions. The community experience has always been one of the forum's greatest strengths, and we are sure that together we can find the best channels to continue growing.

Thank you for your constant support and for making it possible for Diabetes Forum to continue to be, after so many years, a meeting point for thousands of people who live with diabetes.

A hug to all.
