Camper, summer and insulin
Hello,
I recently converted my (small) van to sleep in it and go out for a few nights.I tried it one night and it was good.But I want to go out more nights but I'm worried about the heat and the state of my insulin.I don't know when I'll be able to get an auxiliary battery and refrigerator.
How can I protect the insulin inside the van at extreme temperatures (inside it can reach 80ºC)?

The typical FRIO wallets (those that get wet with water) or the Breezy Packs that are used for the insulin in use, I think they would not work for you at the temperature you mention.I suppose that beyond 40 degrees they do not ensure that they can keep the interior temperature below 30 degrees.
I think the only solution is to buy a small portable insulin refrigerator with a powerbank that keeps it between 2 and 8 degrees.I'll pass youlinkfrom amazon so you can take a look.

I have had it in the car in the sun between two frozen packages, and it was fine.I carry it daily in a cold bag.
For long stays, portable insulin refrigerators are good.The battery recharges quickly with the car.
