Hello everyone,

Currently in my work when I go tomorrow (I get up at 4:30) then it affects me, having children at work, however in the afternoon shift (I enter at 2pm) I have no problem.I have asked the company if I could come fixed in the afternoon (even if it is the worst turn) and I have denied it, then I have thought if I have a chronic disease, I can request a reduction and so when I go on morning to enter later.Has anyone done it to guide me in terms of documentation to contribute? Thanks in advance.

Talk to your company's risk prevention. They have the obligation to have measures for diabetics
In my case they do not let me do work at height.

Years ago, I don't know, they told me that I could choose the turn I wanted to go, always the same.
I prefer to rotate and stayed with the shifts.
Question in prevention.
