Good night, I am new to diabetes and I would like to know where I can find carbohydrate rations, I am reading many articles where it explains that 1 ration of ch, it would be equal to a fast unit, I use the novorapid.
My question is where I can know how much is 1 realte bread or a ration of lentils.
