I put it why I am made a mess. Some say it is something positive to improve insulin sensitivity.Other Nutris have told me no, thus literal that is bad and dangerous.I do not understand why they continue to send bananas, Marias cookies (10), grapes, oatmeal and cereals.

I understand that we occupy carbos in our diet .... But the amounts they send, I feel that they send them to the standard.I with sandwich bread from the supposedly healthy to be at 90, shot 160.

I have adjusted my last diet, 4.9 Glycia marks the application of ACCU Chek.If I followed the letter the Glico had in 5.5 (to the limit)

Ufff made a mess.Forgive me for the letter. This is sometimes a solo process

Enchanted to greet youMinutes, talking about low lifestyle in HC helps and much, then eating where glucose can be controlled to a better extent is one of them. You just said to greater HC consumption more insulin on the other hand, all that glucose must enter.

I have been in Cetogenic or low lifestyle in HC myself more than 10 years, just what the endors were sent for more than 50 years, that nobody tells you, try you and keep trying.aspiring to glycosylated levels of a non -diabetic person can.

The only danger that exsite is living with high levels of glucose, many examples.

All the best.

The doctors if they recommend it, precisely my endocrine told me, and with the help of a nutritionist I have gone down both weight and my glycemia, I am delighted.I stay in rank all the time and I have no peaks, at first you have to be careful, because I have had to lower the slow units for the hypos, but without a doubt the best decision I have made.

Can you inform me more about it? What food do you take? Do you follow some weekly menu?, PQ is it difficult to vary day by day.
And when you go out to eat, how do you do it?

The question is simple in relation to the hydrates that the body needs: am I going to run a marathon this afternoon?Or will I be watching TV all afternoon? For a diabetic, reducing hydrates is a holy hand, without the need to make a ketone diet.Less hydrates less insulin less hypos and less hyper. However, I am not a doctor, but my daughter left the endocrine with hydrates patterns that made no sense. My daughter, 43 kg, eats between 10 and 12 daily rations and more than three hours of sport and I don't know the energy.
But each case is a world. Each one who tests and assess with the most careful insulins.
Excuse me, I just intend to help.Greetings to all

Hello.I have followed it for about a year and I have reduced the glyc of 8.5 to 7. I am DT2 and also without looking for it I keep in a stable weight 6 kilos less than the one I had when I started. In addition to 24 basal insulin units I have passed to 10/12 depends on the day.Of course, it is not a comfortable or easy to wear diet, you give up many things and you always have to be aware of what you wear or not.I personally are the best I have done in favor of my illness since I have it.

A nutritionist with a specialty in diabetes education, he told me that there was no problem if my glucose after eating was in 160/170.When my diagnosis is insulin resistance.

It is a diet for a person without diabetes.
A diabetological educator never recommends that, unless you don't know diabetes.

And your educator demonstrates it.The range for a type 1 diabetic is 80-140, and the most conservative 80-120.

A 170 peak is not worrying if it is not sustained in time, but if you have insulin resistance and do not click insulin or you are with oral antidiabetics, you stay with your 170 hours, and that ends over time in trouble

More than anything for me something is good if I improve and it is bad if I get worse.
In the start of this thread you say "I make peaks and increase the glyc."Obviously that is bad.You must find the food that produces the opposite effect, lower the glyc and make the least possible peaks.
According to my endo, I must be between 70 and 180. I try not to go from 150 but it is not always possible and as they have told you, peaks from time to time nothing happens. But my advice is that you try until you find the type of food that you do well and you like it (because if you don't like it, it is impossible to keep for life).

@isabelBota Your first sentence is what gives in the nail.I do that about food in general. In my case, I've been with a very low carbohydrate diet for years, I do enough sport (less) and my glyc has been on the strip of 5.4 to 5.6.When I see that, for whatever, whether it is a portion of bread to which I have not been able to resist or any other food in which the gluttony can ... Well, I adjust the fast insulin and without problem. The latter before I got obsessed, but I have ended up understanding that life is not to become obsessed. With nothing.

Hello.I regret that you have that perception of me.It is correct I have no diabetes, however I take medical attention by Diabetologist, with all the laboratories that are made to a person who lives with diabetes, and I take medication.I live with a resistance to Barbara insulin, which I try to reverse.

I use this forum why it seems like a good accompaniment and I like to read life experiences.
