First good dishes, easy to do and with few hydrates

I have seen that there are some threads of food ideas, but almost all are complicated and most do not have time to cook (or do not like).

What I have discovered so far, how good and easy to do.They are practically only vegetable creams that sell already made in supermarkets and charceria.

Carrot cream, leeks, vegetables, pumpkin, etc ... have some hydrates but nothing comparable to pasta or rice.They are rich and is just heating and eating.

Then something more elaborate but not too much is the Russian salad, it is basically to take it out of the freezer to boil it 7 minutes and add mayonnaise, olives and tuna.

Apart from that, I can't think of anything at first dish, the boiled vegetable I don't like and the salad I do not dig.

Any other idea?

I have ever made a modified Russian salad, instead of potatoes, I put boiled cauliflower, the short in small pieces and I take your tuna, mayonnaise, olives, carrot etc.It is true that the cauliflower has to cook it before, I do it the afternoon before and I leave it in the frigo.
Other options: scrambled zucchini, or mushrooms or almost whatever you want.
Sometimes if I am not much hungry, I know some sausage (loin, serrano ham) and cheese, a caldito (the white chicken does not hardly have HC and is good if you do not want to do it).
Other options: Avocado stuffed with ham taquitos, turkey fillets with mushrooms ...

Well, I'm going to try to contribute my grain of sand.
What most made since they diagnosed me, is not being able to eat pasta, which was one of my favorite dishes, and thanks to Aldi, I have been able to recover that taste thanks to some spaghetti that have soybeans or edition (it is the one that mostI like it) and that are really low in hydrates (around 3 g. per 100 g.).
They are boiled in 2 or 3 minutes, and I prepare them a skipped garlic saute, mushrooms and glues.

There is a very painted combination and you will surprise you the glycemia that are achieved with such a tasty dish prepared in 10 minutes.

I start eating in 120 and at the end of the second plate I am in 230, I correct a little and in an hour I am in Hicm.

So unfortunately I think they are no solution at all.

And the truth that you have recommended or I see it complicated to do or not very good taste.

For my 1st dish good:

Rice and pasta in all its variants (Paella, Cuban rice, broth rice, pasta soup, cannelloni, carbonara paste, boloñesa, tortilla sandwich ..).And the last years also Fideua and Cuscus (which they usually do at my sister's house).The last month was eating vegetable creams, believing that I was doing well.

1st bland dish:

Boiled vegetables and lentils.Just like when I have a cake or some dessert chocolate to stop the sugar ascent.

Everything you say, I see it as second dishes, accompaniment of meat and fish.Or even dessert.What I was looking for as the title says was 1st dishes.

But it is clear that what makes them good and that they fill, are hydrates.There is no more.
