Friends, I have read that in several places, but as there are so many people selling smoke I don't just believe it.

I wonder based on which mechanism can help us control glucose.

@fosphorero, I don't see the relationship between vinegar and diabetes either.You can try it to see .., but in normal quantity .., I will not give you acidity of stomach ..

The doctor recommended it to me in the diabetes diet .... so it will be good .... They say it is good to take it with lemon and warm water on an empty stomach .... to lower the sugar .....half lemon, a teaspoon of apple vinegar and warm water ...
