A question, when a sensor is defective, how do you have to act, do you change it ???

Of course they change it to you.If you get from Abbot, you claim it to them on their website (if it is one of the reasons that include) and if it is another reason you call Abbot to the phone that puts in the box.
If they give it to you in your health center they must change it.
