I would like to look for a substitute for the one I use, I am interested in something resistant, not bulky and ideally for 2 pens, needles, glucometer (contournext), strips and lancets.I have been looking a lot on both Amazon and specialized websites and they all seem to me to be of worse quality than the ones there were 15 years ago.

Any recommendations?

I use a case that I bought years ago (2020) from "Elite bags".It came with a freezer gel bag that lasts a long time when cooling because the case is very well insulated. You have two other zippered pockets (apart from the insulated one for ice) and one of them holds everything else: glucometer, strips, lancets, pricker... And I'm surprised that it's as good as the first day.I wash it and it looks like new.Maybe the worst thing about it is that it is a little bulky, but you carry everything there and it keeps the medications cold without freezing.
