Hello,

My name is David, I'm 40 years old, I think I have diabetes ...

6 years ago I went to the doctor because I brought a lot at night and they made me prostate.

From the pandemic and taking care of my wife that fractured the knee I have not taken care of anything, I have sinned excessively in the food and I am a smoker ...

I remember that when I did the fruit diet with oatmeal, fish and vegetables with sport I improved a lot ... but I have not dedicated time or attention to taking care of myself enough ...

I have urinated so far in night more than a liter ...

Anyway I will write and we tell ourselves.

Greetings to everyone and take care of you !!!

@David1982, 102 is a very normal value if you have not been on 8 hours at least.
I think you don't have to worry, unless you lose weight a lot or be thirsty.
But pharmacy control is very normal.

@Regina thanks for answering, now I have an appointment with the doctor .. I will request analytics to measure the peaks in the last three months (glycosilada) also the triglycerides that had them high last year.
They already did a prostate test in 2018 for the problem of urinating frequently and gave negative.
It goes for streaks, maybe there is a relationship depending on the quality of meals and exercise but well, to see if I put on the batteries.
Dry mouth sometimes despite drinking water, tiredness, blurred view, tiredness .... it will not be seen in the analyzes.
I have 35 kilos, I will look at a goal to lose them in a year progressively with the oat diet, green tea, fruit, fish, vegetables and exercise, which will also come well to blood pressure (hyper)
I'll tell you ...
