I do not have it but I know of many people who have it, more than a disease, it is a disorder.They are usually people with a certain degree of anxiety, it is usually improved with muscle relaxants at night and if the symptoms are more intense, with stronger medication.
Go to your family doctor and sometimes it is necessary to value a neurologist although it is not so frequent.

It is common in people with fibromyalgia.
