A migraine with Aura is a type of headache that causes visual symptoms before or during headache, such as vision field loss, flashes of light or tingling. In my case I almost only have painless aura.

But they are very afraid, being diabetic to lose my vision even if it is only a while. And lately I see that they give me just when I am in hiccup. So some relationship with diabetes may have.

Does anyone else suffer from them?

I diabetes at 25. The migraines with Aura started at 40. But I had one or two a year.

Since the pandemic began, almost every week. This year 2023 I was improving until I had them every two months, but this month they have raised the frequency again.😓

If I take an alprazolam and I put myself in a dark room, it happens to me quite fast.

Good morning, you have described the symptoms I suffer when the attacks give me.

I would be diagnosed with me about 20-25 years.

Before they gave me the order of 2-3 a year. Now I have to say that he will do as 3-4 years that he doesn't give me any.I have no attack before debuting as a diabetic.

I have never medicated my head because it doesn't hurt.I only have the symptoms of difficulty in speech and understanding. Also difficulty seeing, with lights, tongue tingling ...

What I was doing was going to sleep totally dark. The hours that were needed (I was usually going 6-8 hours).

I hope that better because the truth is that the attacks leave you totally incapacitated and it is very fashionable to not be able to do anything.
