I have type 2 diabetes.

I am an insulin dependent, I have overweight (95 kg with a height of 1.80 m).

I suffer COPD, which, with this weight, makes the exercise very difficult for me.

Since social security has not sent me to visit the endocrinologist, I don't know which is the most appropriate path to lose weight.

My hemoglobin levels are 6.6 and they tell me that I am controlled.

Thank you!

If you have insulin circulating through the body you will save glucose as fat, eat low glycemic index things to start less insulin, and try to do some exercise.
Do not be afraid of healthy fats, as long as you do not together with hydrates.
