Hello sweet people
Since January 1, 2023, I have decided to take care of this evil so difficult to carry, although every time I read more and more, it seems to me that it is more difficult because of ignorance, than really because of the disease itself.

I have my 69 -year -old father, and 10 years ago he is diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It is precisely a reason for my concern since as they say, I have a high probability of having or also developing diabetes.I am currently 39 years old.

I hope to share information about this disease and learn to take care of myself.
I thank you all, for their time and will to share their experiences, information.
