Insulin-Bocadillos and Hamburgers bomb

Good afternoon,

Every time I take a snack and/or a hamburger, I have problems with blood glucose levels.

The snacks are between 100-120 gr.No fruit, so I wear 6 units (60 grams of carbohydrates).

Those are more difficult on average because they are requested and/or restaurants, but I opt for another 6 units without fried potatoes.

How do you do?

Thank you so much.

Eating fried potatoes is a challenge that I never get well.It starts to rise slowly but at two hours the climb with more force (for the fats) and of course, once I moved in 200 or more, the bomb is very difficult to get into the range.I can hit two hours in 200/230.The solution would be a dual bolus or recharge insulin if we use the ball.

Therefore, if I go to the McDonald or similar, I ask myself salad with the hamburger and I forget the fried potatoes.
