I have a doubt, although I don't know more to scratch, I've been having exactly the same thing in low (0.5r-2ud.), Today I have put half a half (0.5r-1.5ud.) @Cassie for me is so important the insulin ratio, such as glucose before starting breakfast.

I punish myself and until I am around 100 or there I do not start eating.There are times that at 20 minutes of the puncture and sometimes at the best 1 hour.

Doing so and having breakfast about 5 rations (100 grams of bread with sausage and zero tail) no 150-160.
For breakfast I have a ratio of 1.2.

For the rest of the day I punctuate and I don't wait to eat, just at breakfast.

@Cassie: If you download 1/2 insulin unit to avoid hypos and you are high, you can try and wait 5 or 10 minutes before starting breakfast

It must be hormonal, because I am not bad, or constipated, or anything at all .... I'm just not sleeping ...
