Pablo Motos' unfortunate comment when he heard Tom Hanks's disease

Last Monday 'El Hormiguero' received a very special visit in his program, Tom Hanks, one of the most recognized actors in the world, along with Mariana Treviño, a prestigious Mexican actress. Both interpreters went to present their new film 'The worst neighbor of the world' that opens on December 28, becoming one of the last premieres in cinemas of this 2022.

As soon as you enter the set, Tom Hanks looked much thinner.

Many in networks echoed this image, therefore, Pablo Motos was interested in knowing how he did "to be so fit."

The international actor explained that he suffered a disease (type 2 diabetes), hence he was so thin.

Tom Hanks made public that "all the garbage I have eaten, has generated type 2 diabetes. That is why it is so important to take care of your body, because although of little hamburger commas, after this happens to you. This happens to you. The body is like the templeof God ".

Pablo Motos Hearing all this statement of the actor released a: "It feels very good."

Some misguided words that did not like social networks.

Not only that, but, I think the phrase is a firm candidate to be added in:

The truth is that Pablo Motos is always making unfortunate comments of all kinds, I am not surprised even a bit.
Anyway, diabetes such as a second disease and people do not give it the importance it has.Surely if he tells him that he has thinned because he has been diagnosed with cancer does not tell him that he feels good.
Also sometimes patients themselves are the ones who take importance to the disease not calling things by name.I'm tired of seeing profiles talk about diabetes as "health condition" instead of calling him illness. If you say health condition it sounds as less important and it is normal for people who do not know what it is to live with it takes importance. And on top of that it usually comes from profiles that get very bother when people do not give importance to the disease or tell them that it is not so much, when they themselves are the ones that are taking importance.

I agree with you in the two things, that of Pablo Motos in particular, is already like a mega-teaching that goes down and without brakes, about the euphemisms that some people use to refer to diabetes, I think the same, I do notNo favor, it is better to speak without capujos of the subject.

I don't see it so serious. It was a way of telling him that he was very good, without more.Even because the same was blocked a bit to know the diabetes.
There are very worse things.

And since those programs are not live, they should have a better review.

I think there is an excess of susceptibility in Spain in Genereal and here to partner ... it is a rather silly program in general but from there to think that this comment is unfortunate or inconvenient ....

I would not bother me in particular, if they do it to me, but there are many people who carry the disease very badly and hurt them.I think you have to have more empathy to try not to hurt anyone. With disease you have to be very careful because you don't know how the person is taking it.
Think about the example of cancer, would you think it's just as good if you make the joke with that?
It is like other sensitive issues, it is best not to say anything if the person is not known enough.People in general have a tendency to comment things that seem innocent but can do a lot of damage. For example, women at a certain age do nothing but ask for when children. It seems unimportant, but imagines that he has been trying and with treatments for years and does not get it.That question that seems unimportant to that person does very harm.Of certain topics it is better not to ask questions or comments if you do not know well the situation of that person.

I would be at the intentionality of what is said, because what is clear that today is difficult to open their mouths and not offend someone.

Lately it seems that society has forgotten intentionality when interpreting anything someone says.I do not believe that the comment was said with intentionality to hurt or belittle anyone.
