Night glucose rise - Autumn/Winter

In the last two weeks I have noticed a change in my glycemia.

When my glucose is lying down.

I have uploaded the slow and lowered the fats at the time of dinner but I still have this pattern. And I have to correct myself when I went to sleep.

I have also had to increase the rapid insulin doses of meals.

Reviewing the freeview data I have seen that I also spent the previous two years.

I want to understand that when lowering the early I have a greater resistance to insulin but I find nothing written.

Does it happen to someone else?

Thank you!

It can be @josemibi.What I understand is that with heat you need less insulin (for some temperature and greater insulin absorption capacity, I think), so that would square with what you tell. But it could also be anything else, you know how this is ...

I am the same, but in the afternoon.About 19 to 21. Hyperglycemia that or running down.

I am sure that time influences insulin resistance

@Mothermon, children are increasing the dose as they grow.
If you wake up high two or three days, you will need slower.

Wow ... because it is happening to me the same.I have had to increase the rapid insulin doses in all three sections: breakfast, food and especially before dinner that is inexplicably triggered and dinner, of course. All this despite having a very controlled consumption of HC

These last three days I am already going down again and glucose is stabilizing at night.I think it could be to a viral process in which I did not have many symptoms although I did notice a little cattle.

It seems that winter entry makes our insulin sensitivity decrease ... Let's see if someone has a more scientific response

It may be that absorption decreases with cold .., but it shouldn't be noticed so much ..

In Google there is a lot about it.Heat vasodilation increases insulin absorption.

Just what happens to me and I can't get hit.About the 19 climb that still correcting the pump takes to go down, but I do some sport with that active insulin, described in chopped.

Super strange
