After summer and holidays comes time to resume physical activity. We give you some ideas for this fall to stay in form doing sports.

We welcome the fall, a station that will last exactly 89 days and 20 hours, and during which the length of the day will be shortened very markedly. With the arrival of this new station, many of us marked a series of goals, among which are to recover the work rate and get back in form after a relaxation summer.

However, and despite their defects (it is true that the rains are abundant), autumn is a magnificent time to practice sports, especially because temperatures fall significantly and are located on a very suitable threshold for the practice of air activitiesfree. As we all know, in summer it is recommended to avoid sunny hours, since the rays of the star King can really be harmful. But it is not in autumn, since the incidence of rays low in a radical way.

Next we will take a tour of the most advisable sports to practice in autumn.

hiking

Those who usually practice hiking already know it: autumn is an unbeatable time to practice this sport. In Spain we are lucky that there are countless routes of different difficulties located throughout the entire geography of the country. It is a great activity to practice with the whole family, although you always have to get informed about the weather before leaving home. The mountain can be very dangerous if time does not accompany.

Of course, our departure to the field can also help us collect the occasional mushrooms, which, as we saw in this article, have great nutritional benefits.

cycling

Cycling has become a real urban sport. In addition to going out to make routes on forest tracks (an experience of the most recommended), autumn is a great time to leave the car parked and take the bicycle to go to work or the study center. In this way, in addition to doing a great favor to the environment, we will take the opportunity to put ourselves in form during our routine paths of everyday life.

running
Precautions before and after sports practice

Certainly, autumn temperatures are ideal for running. In fact, autumn has a great advantage over spring (during which the temperature is also pleasant) and that during this station many allergic people have a really bad time if they spend too much time outdoors. In addition, in autumn the season of popular racing returns (let's be optimistic), so it is very easy to find new sources of motivation to overcome our athletic brands.

yoga

We have talked about the benefits of yoga practice, an activity that can help us both physical and mental.Yoga is based on the search for internal harmony, and the well -being of the body and mind, mixing physical exercises with a component close to meditation and introspection. We can improve our coordination, flexibility, and even our strength, while we enjoy the outdoor.

Autumn is a good time to practice yoga, especially outside if we have the option, thanks to the fact that temperatures are softer and the sun does not bother so much.

extra idea: go look mushrooms

Yes, we know that it is not a sport as such, but certainly going to mushrooms is a physical activity that implies being in constant movement, walking on different surfaces and slopes, bending down, and loading with some weight (if you have been lucky!)

In addition to the reward for ourBody having exercised, if the search has paid off we can taste these delicacies as typical of rainy times as autumn, and also have the most interesting nutritional properties. What are you waiting for?

In short, autumn is a station that stands out for its moderate and pleasant temperature, which makes it an optimal time to practice outdoor sports.

It is well known that people with diabetes can and should exercise, since leading an active life, without a doubt, helps in the treatment of such disease. However, it should be remembered that it is important to be alert to certain symptoms when exercising. It is necessary that our specialist doctor reports to the person with diabetes on which sugar concentrations are adequate or inappropriate for the realization of demanding activities at the physical level.

I have a professional machine at home (it cost me a pasta in its day and they no longer manufacture it) to upload German manufacturing stairs kettleler that is to put on it only 30 minutes a day and thinning mogollón, you just have to make it want... with 30 minutes you pour a sweat of the copy. For diabetes I think it would be an aid of ostia (I have 30 kg of overweight to go down)

I would also have liked to have a rowing machine, but for that you have to have a lot of space ...

Let's see if I start again to give the static bicycle and to climb stairs.Sometimes when I propose one thing I throw forward and until I do not stop it (objective 30 kilos out)

Cycling is very limited during the week due to the lack of light, although you can always pull focus. This in BTT, on the road I would not even consider.
