Once again we change the station and return the cold to our house. The leaves begin to fall and the streets are filled with brown and orange. It is a time to enjoy yours between chestnuts and sweet potatoes and to enjoy the sofa and blanket nights that we like so much.

Seasonal changes come from the hand of temperature, habits, here are 8 tips for autumn (some serve you the same all year!):

- Appropriate rest. The best way to have energy to meet any change, and that they have the least possible impact.

- Avoid abrupt temperature changes.Going to the street or entering from it is a moment that can affect our defenses, and make us more vulnerable to viruses. You have to go out with a coat appropriate to the temperature you make out.

- Avoid cattle infections, flu ... a advice that is actually composed of many: good hands, avoid agglomerations,

- be vaccinated against the flu.We could have included it in the previous point, but it is so important that we highlight it as a fourth point of this decalogue.

- Do not self -medicate.Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish a flu from a cold (or the symptoms of COVID-19 this year). Therefore, if we notice that we are sick, it is best to go to a professional.

- Hydrate.Apart from the daily importance of hydration, drinking a lot of liquid helps us eliminate mucus and relieve the throat.

- Let's not forget the vitamins. They must be in our daily diet, but with more importance if possible in these periods of change.

- Activate. You know how important the exercise is to combat diabetes.Autumn is a time when it is not too hot or cold, and going to run, walking or riding a bike is more appealing if you are a person who practices little exercise, it is a good time to take the habit. And if you are one of those who fear cold or rains, it is a time when you don't have to leave less!

Now it's Tí ... What are tus tips for autumn?

I do not want to be agorero, but this autumn is coming storm, gas price, price of electricity, inflation, possible supply cuts announced by the government, the basic shopping basket can indicate a ration card. The government lies and they do not lose their privileges (1 million euros are spent on new Apple mobiles). The Government dedicates only 145 million euros for health (to see how much it touches each autonomous community). The government spends 2000 million euros on buying radios for the army and if I still tell I ended the shame of those who govern us .....

I believe that diabetes is going to be the last thing we worry !!
