Hello,
What are you to take when you have hypoglycemia?
I get anxious to eat and I can't stop.
Thank you!

You have to try to avoid binge.Correcting the peaks if you have spent a lot of a gain not to say that the ups and downs is what most affects diabetic people.
I take pineapple juice (1/2 glass or 1 glass, depending on how low it is and the amount of sugars that the juice has) or glucose pills.

There are times that I try with a cocacola boat and I get it but the anxiety that enters me can eat me.What glucose pills do you recommend

If anxiety enters you, I recommend that you take sugar, because in the end they become heavy for the stomach and the body does not ask you anymore.

I use these, they have 5'5gr of dextrose, they are very fast absorption, more than 1/2 r of CH and I take 1/4, average, depending on whatever

The best thing is a can of Coca-Cola if the descent is large and Fanta if it is small.Go up so fast that right away the body tells you not to take anymore.

Before taking that, I also hit me binge, because the fruit juices were not going well for me to climb the sugar. And ended up sweeping everything.

The best rrfresco of tail and patience that takes me more than 20 min to climb.Or no sugary of the whole life.I have never used pills, step to pay what they cost because with how cheap it is a kilo of sugar and you have for many hypos also with sugar you only take sugar and not the extra ingredients that carry those pills, I know that the soda ofCola also carries extra things but you can find it anywhere down the street (and a super, bar, store, machine ...).

@samozeus I take them because they don't give me the rebound effect that juices and others give me ... and at 5 min.In blood I see that it rises, and that reassures me.
