But basically you have to look at the nutritional tables that come in food or tables that are in PDF ( Link ) Every 10gr of hydrates that appear are 1 ration we are talking about in diabetes.(This in Spain).For example, in a yogurt you could find yourself in the value of carbohydrates of 15 gr, this would be equivalent to 1 and a half ration.

There are also apps in which you can check how many hydrates the foods have, although the one I used no longer exists, I do not know which one will use people now :(
