FreeLink Up does not work for me

Good afternoon, my son has debuted 14 days ago and I am unable that free link up shares his data, from Abbot they are unable to give me a solution and go on the end of the course in three days. We have triedAll installed and uninstalled several times the app.In free View does not download any information and the doctor is blind, we sign up for everything on paper.

Can anyone help me please?

You have to use both your child's mobile (LibreLink) app and on the Libreview website the same email account.

You can also register in Nightscout and XDRIP and on your mobile you see in real time your child's measures.There are several conversations in the parents forum explaining how to do it.
