Hello everyone, Alguen maybe I pass through the situation like ours and you can give us advice.My daughter with diabetes 1 and with the insulin bomb changes community, specifically to Madrid to start studying at the university.Register there or continue with your doctor of your usual home?Or ask for a displaced card?This is entitled to cavezera doctor and insulin reset?Thank you so much!Happy summer.

Ask for a displaced card in the health center in the living neighborhood and with a report from your endocrine, ask the head doctor to derive the endocrine and continuity to the supplies.

I did it in 2015, but when I requested permanent transfer, I signed that Madrid import my history and I did not need the endocrine report (it turns out that they use the same computer system ...)
