Yes, it is normal if your body is accustomed to higher values.

I share what @ruthbia has already said, in times that I have had the high glucose in a sustained way, it has happened to me that being in normal ranges, I had symptoms of hypos ... If I can recommend something, it would be that "Aguantes el Tirón", and stay in normal ranges.
