Good afternoon,
I've been with type 1 diabetes for 3 years.
Until last month I was clicking three every night (at 10pm) and now they have changed me to Toujeo, but although my doctor has told me to continue to click the same units (20) I wanted to consult you in this forum if I should do anyAnother modification, since I have realized that the concentration of both insulins in different (100 and 300).
Thank you very much to who wants to help me.

@Jésu, the units that are needed as toujeo are usually more than threeiba, although the volume is lower in Toujeo PQ is more concentrated.
If parts of the same units that you used with threeiba, you will surely have to go up the toujeo, until you wake up with good values.
You will have to adjust according to the controls.
Insulin changes take their time.

Fiasp: 4- 4- 3 Toujeo: 20
Good, I made the change just contrary from Toujeo to Tresiba and I had to reduce approximately 20% of the units, that is, in your case you should increase the units by 20%.

With toujeo you have to wait 3 days to go up or lower insulin units. If you get up high for 3 days in a row, go up the toujeo and if you get up low, lower units.

I used threeiba and changed Toujeo to get pregnant. With Tresiba used 20 -22 and with Toujeo 30 -32.
All the best.
