Someone has a problem when you have to make you a replacement of a sensor it takes time to give it to you.

It shouldn't take long.About 7.8 days usually take me (after calling them and opening the incidence).There is usually no problem if you have them for sec.social since they always send several every time.I usually get about 7 per shipment and when I still have few left (from 1 to 3) the following shipment arrives.At least where I live it is like that.
