Aver today I will eat 200g of sausages with a little oil I have made the following calculation for the (UGP) in 100g there, 18g+fats and 12g+protein
18*2 = 36, 36*9 = 324
12*2 = 24; ,;24*4 = 96
With that calculation I do not have to put any unit (UGP) ???Oh I forgot in 100g there is 225kcal I don't know if that will use something.

Mein Gott ... I had no idea! While it is true that it always surprised me that the Kcal of proteins and fats were not taken into account as carbohydrates.
