Rations in a homemade product

Hello good morning.

How could I get the rations with homemade products?

For example the typical yogurt cake.

Thank you!

I would calculate it like the muffins, which already bring the hydrates in the container.
They can also weigh the ingredients and calculate rations.
It begins with the essay-error method, and so it is learned.

What I do is weight each of the ingredients and calculate the hydrates of each of them.So I have the hydrates that the cake has in total for example.

Then, when the cake is baked, weight, and make a rule of 3, for the calculation of hydrates per 100 grams.

For example, if the ingredients are a total of 250 hydrates and the cake weighs 500 grams, then it would be 50 grams of hydrates per 100 of cake (5 rations).

If then I cut a piece of 50 grams cake, then I know there are 25 grams of hydrates that I am eating.
