There are several app's and web's to count rations of a food, this "rations of the Diabetes Foundation" for an example: 100gr of normal pasta are 20g (2 r HC) but if you are looking for nutritional info in "Fatsecret" "Yaizo "etc puts that 100g of normal paste are 30g (3 Rhc) then my question is: between" the table of the foundation ... and "Fatsecret" which one has better reliability? Thank you a greeting

1 ration of pasta are 50 grams, I would trust more than the table of the Diabetes Foundation, in fact it is what I use
